Thanks for trying to help my "upload" problem. See you are from Arizona. My husband retired from the Federal government, Environment Canada. He use to go to Tuscon every year because he maintained the lightning detection system all over Canada. He dealt with a company in Tuscon. I went with him once, and I just LOVED it. Didn't get to see everything I wanted. I just retired a mont ago, so perhaps we will both go again. Funny, he was so busy doing busines, he never go to se much of the sites their.
How do you cope wit the extreme heat and doing cakes??? Here in Ontario, it has rained, rained & rained since March. Having are first real warm weather this week. Fondant must just "melt" in your weather conditions, especially for a outdoor venue.
