http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&a...also you can purchase the books and veining sheets at
www.countrykitchensa.com.
these are airdryed, stored in a cool, dry, shaded place stuck in styrofoam to keep their shape. they are edible but don't taste good, really simple and easy to make, can make flowers, bows, butterflies, etc from gelatin. cannot get moist or they will dissolve so just need cool, dry, shaded place to keep them, can make them anytime ahead and will last a life time if you want to keep for a keepsake. be sure to read the whole forum, purchases the books and veining sheets that are reusable, then have fun playing with this. the possiblilites are endless, and the oooohs and aaaahs never stop, they will think you are the most talented cake decorator ever. you won't be sorry you started this hobby! if you have any questions, feel free to contact me and i will be glad to help. the possiblities are endless. have fun!
