The fondant is made by Bakels here in NZ. I love it, it's a lot cheaper for us here than the wilton brand. Our options are quite limited.

One of my white chocolate mudcakes receipes is the Donna Hay one. Just google it. I make my own changes to my receipes to personalise them, but hers is really good.

Hi, the perspex toppers are made here in NZ in the South Island, they are awesome and we can get them in mirror and with swarvoski crytals and everything, and they have about 100 different fonts available. And less than $50.00 NZ
