wafer paper flower
I really wanted to fall in love with this medium since everyone says it is so easy but I really prefer gumpaste. For some reason, it is no easy for me. I think it is because I want to make them realistic. Well anyway here is my latest experiment.

G....I mentioned in a post about my wafer paper I used coconut oil and food colouring. You may have remembered that. I also read it in a post somewhere....

lol , yup , like I need more , I have not used any of the sugar sheets he picked up 2 yr's ago , for the Cricket ,, I use that once !

yes , it is very pretty !look s real now !lol I think I may try some day , lol ,, Joe came home with some Duff decorating cake stuff he found on sale ! cake tattoo , tie dye , oh ! walmart . $3. A PK !LOL

Thanks everyone. Gail, I saw a tutorial forgot which one that mentioned using oil with gel color to color the paper. Tried it that way but using heavier color here and there to try to get more depth. Also did a gumpaste center & stamens in an effort to get a little more of a realistic look.
