Thank you Gail, and as you say Katy disaster always happen at the very end, when you are tired, thinking that you just finished and then Oh no....  But I learn from this one, I will never sit them too close to the edge, even if their feet are higher than they should be.  LOL.

Thanks for your comments Mandy and Katy, I decided to take the order because she always asks me to do their b-day celebration cakes, I just couldn´t say no.  But told her that next time please, to ask with two weeks anticipation so I won´t be running.  I was terrified thinking that Buzz and Woody would fall.  In fact Buzz fell!  I sat them on the cake, and went for a cup of coffe, when I came back, Buzz had fallen, his head on the table, his body half way from the cake and my fondant ripped, at midnight the night before of the delivery!  I wanted to cry, but I mend the fondant and put 2  extra stars to cover a little the mess.  Then I put a longer wooden drowel to support Buzz and extra white fondant on his buttock to sit him and cover the hole he had made!  I just prayed he stayed that way. And he did!  Well a little adventure with this one.

lol - yeh, just knock a work of art up in a couple of days!  What are these people on?  You did a great job Luz.  I think I would have gone into meltdown if it had been me!

Thank you Goreti, this was a last minute order, I only had 3 days to make the cake and the matching cupcakes and the customer wanted the characters to be standing!  I told her it was impossible but they could be sitting on the bed and only 3 characters.  I was very happy that she really liked it!
