Dulce De Leche torted into 4 layers with 3 fillings, our homemade caramel filling, our chocolate ganache filling and our Dulce De Leche made from slow cooked condensed milk and heavy whipping cream poured full of Torino's Bailey's Irish Cream. One of our most popular recipe inventions.

I'm hoping to enter this particular recipe in the Pillsbury contest next year. It is my most popular cake and I did totally invent all the recipes with the exception of the ganache as it is made pretty much the same by everyone with the exception of quality of chocolate. thanks for the compliments.
