Hi Pearse

Sorry I  didn't answer to your question. I haven't been here in ages. The 5 petal cutters I use are the JEM cutters. I got one of each size. Hope this helps.

Pearse, Thanks for the comment about my anemone cake. For the flowers I use a 5 petal rose cutter in 2 different sizes. I ruffled the petals with a ball tool and then place them in a former ( you can cover a mug with foil paper) I used petal dust to give the flowers some color. I hope this helps.
