Sponge Bob and Friends-Rasta style
The design on this cake mimicked the invitation that the client sent out for the party. Marble sheet cake with butter cream icing and fondant used for the musical notes and the 'stage' with the beams coming out. Figures were made from gum paste and because they were so heavy, they had to be anchored with some cake structure material inside the cake.

It was for a lady I have never met. Her son-in-law picked up the cake, but she made a special effort to call me the next day and tell me I was her 'go-to' cake baker from now on. That was really nice to hear.
