St. Louis baseball Cardinals mascot Fredbird - 625F
Main body of Fredbird was cake with the underside and main frame covered with modeling chocolate, then fondant. You can view a picture during construction in my album. Head was all fodant and very heavy. Next time I would use a styrofoam ball. T shirt was on loan from my daughters Build A Bear. Have to say if covered a lot of flaws.
