snowboarding cake
Since I have been experiencing should pain due to tendonitis, I was not planning on making a birthday cake for my daughter. Decided to give it a try at the last minute. Only did the figure last night. She loves to snowboard so this is what I decided to do after seeing a cake by Small Things Iced. Cake is chocolate mud cake, blackberry filling covered in chocolate ganache and MMF fondant.

Thank you both. Yes, Pat, she was really happy with it. She especially loved the fact that I added the blond to the tips of the hair. She just had her hair done like that. She immediately took a picture and sent it to her boyfriend.
