Thanks S-H!  No, no molds - all freehand.  I originally made the headboard and footboard a few days ahead to let it harden, but when I went to put it on I realized it was WAY too small, so I had to redo it.  Luckily the fondant dried quick enough to stay firm and the headboard was supported by sticking it to the bed and the pillow.

Do you used any mold by to do the bed or simply you did from a draw???
