Yup....that's why I like it over RI. Chocolate is much, much more forgiving....

Here's another tutorial I have Gail. Very informative. It's not so much your chocolate, but the right timing to place the chocolate cage on the cake. Chocolate should still be malible and still slightly flexible on the parchment paper when pick it up and place on your cake.
