Hi Beverly, thanks for the compliment.  I used a combination of Chef Master Colour gels, Mars Red, Noel Red, and a little bit of Cafe Brown. Good luck.

Hello Sondra I love this cake. I have kept this pic in my fav folder for a long time now, even before I joined this site. It is perfect in my eyes!! I am about to do two cakes with deep red roses on them. Can you tell me how you got these roses that deep red color? I would so much appreciate the info.
