Birthday cake done earlier this year for my great-niece who loves animals. bottom tier is cream cheese pound cake/strawberry filling/strawberry smbc/mmf-top tier is banana cake/chocolate filling/chocolate smbc/mmf--all the animals & male figure were all done in fondant/gumpaste mixture

This is probably one of the cakes that I had the most fun. Loved making the animals. So easy to do. Funny thing about the horse Katy. When my husband saw it, he told me that horses aren't able to do that with the front legs and if I could correct it. Umm NO it is hard as a rock and I was so darn happy with my horse. lol I have to stop asking him for his opinion.
