Mother-in-law's birthday cake (90th)

Well, I guess orange and champagne makes a Bucks Fizz, so should be lovely.  Great idea for a special celebration cake.

Katy, it was really good.  I usually go for the chocolate but decided to have a piece of the champagne cake instead.  I was a little concerned cause I was not too crazy about the taste of the batter.  Don't know if it is the combination of orange & champagne but yummy.  It is called a mimosa cake.  I'm definitely keeping this recipe.
