YVW yup , if you like tart & sweet Mia ! its yummy , its a long way from chocolate and vanilla cake , its tangy cake ! one of my fav cakes is key lime ! so this is another 1 of my fav !!!

Thank you, Mia, Katy and Gali!  Mike and I like this one a lot - thanks for the recipe, Gali.  I felt guilty, Gali, for not covering it with fondant and try more painting, but I wanted to EAT it!  

Yes, Katy, and it was a pure pleasure!  Not only did I not have to do extensive decorating, but we got to eat it, too :o)

Mia, if you like tart with your sweet, you would like this cake.  We do.  Did you find the finished Scarlet Macaws Cake, Mia?  I did finally finish it, it is at the fair as we speak and it has been posted.  Whew!
