BROWNIE & CHEESE CAKE 2 LAYERS
One layer on bottom is brownie. Top is a upside down cheese cake , covered in winbecklers butter cream. Crumb coat , than piped BETTERCREAM. Colored with gel colors -peach & teal.
Hand made flower in center is in a
straw. Used tips # 366 leaf & 16 rosette.
