ONE LAYER ON BOTTOM IS BROWNIE ,top is a upside down cheese cake , covered in winbecklers butter cream !crumb coat , than piped BETTERCREAM , colored with gel colors -peach & teal , sugar hand made flower in center is in a straw , use tip s # 366 leaf & 16 rosets
