Megan's Birthday (Cheese)Cake
My daughter LOVES cheesecake. When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday tomorrow, she requested a cheesecake w/caramel & chocolate. This has a chocolate crust with a layer of caramel, cheesecake, hot fudge topping. Decided to decorate with white chocolate leaves (almost didn't have enough white chocolate) and a flower (definitely not one of my best but will do) that I had.

Ooooo carmelized apples...... yummy. I use to make a apple tartin where you carmelize the apples. Haven't made that in years & years. Could yo email me the recipe?? Sounds so good, I can email you my Cappicino one. :o)

Those sound good June. The one for Christmas was a White Chocolate with caramelized apples and you make a sugar cookie crust. I also caramelized apples and make a design on top of the cheesecake. It was delicious. The Cappuccino cheesecake sounds good. Sounds like my kind of cheesecake.

So very pretty.... looks delish too. I love cheesecake, I made mini cheesecakes for Xmas Eve dinner. Coconut with cherry topping & oreo with chocolate fudge topping. I have a wicked recipe for Cappicino cheesecake.

Thank you both. I didn't think she would want a cheesecake since that is what I made for dessert for Christmas. She is really crazy about cheesecake.
