Princess cake
This cake was made for a lady that turned 80, customer said she wanted her mom to feel like a princess, she sent me the picture and wanted it to be an orange flavored cake with orange cream filling and covered with meringue. Princess and number 80 were made with fondant with CMC, (princess´s skirt is the half of a styrofoam ball covered in fondant) top part of the body is all fondant.
