Sugarflowers
I've been making cakes about 3 years, so it was the time finally learn how to make perfect sugarflowers. This is the result of the class I took last week :)

These are gorgeous!! I like to make the occasional flower, but I positively detest having to put them on the wires! You make it look almost worthwhile to do so. lol
