I do not have kitchen secrets, Gali!  I love to share any recipes or tricks with anyone who would enjoy them.  In fact, I have tried to live my life so as not to have any secrets.  I will freely admit to anyone that I am 32 years old! (I think my tongue just turned black and my nose grew three inches!)

It is sort of a tropical carrot cake recipe that I developed several years ago.....won a few dollars with it, too!  My whole family loves it.  That is why I used it for the groom's cake.  It is too moist and soft to use for anything other than a simple layer cake.

I gave it the name "Magnolia" because it is definitely a Southern USA type cake.  I will be happy to share, if you are interested.
