Frangipani Basket Mud Cake

Zara's brief was not to have fondant - she doesn't like the taste but she has only had store fondant and not tried the home made! The flowers are gumpaste and the cake is an incredible 4 layers of mudcake with chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting. Vanilla corinthians make up the basket.
