I keep forgetting how nice a properly done buttercream cake can look.  But this one is certainly reminding me! lol

Thanks Mandy.  He doesn't care for fondant so every year his cake has to be SMBC since it is not as sweet as ABC.  Of course, he usually asks for a cake with coconut.  He LOVES coconut.
