Yellow butter sheet cake cut into 2" squares. Brushed with apricot glaze and
1) covered in marzipan and decorated with marzipan daisies.
2) covered in an experimental mix of leftovers. Mocha buttercream and ready made white fondant melted together in the microwave (made a lovely fudgy texture) and decorated with white chocolate buttercream roses.
Had one left over so I just put pearl dragees in a heart shape!

Thanks Mandy!  Square ones are much easier than round ones I discover.  Don't bear close inspection though lol

Very fiddley but worth it, look and sound good
