Happy Birthday Maria
This is for my sister. Her birthday was Monday but I will be going to see her tomorrow and will surprise her with this. It is a white cake with just a hint of orange, mango curd filling, white chocolate ganache made with sour cream to cut the sweetness & flavored with orange & mango. I had a taste of the ganache & it was yummy!

Thanks Gail. It tasted so good. Making it with sour cream cuts the sweetness which I like. I never made white chocolate ganache because I find it too sweet. I think I will like this one.
