8 in orange cake filled with passion fruit curd (yum) and the frosting was an interesting one since I had trouble w/my cooked frosting. Ended up using vanilla pudding mixed with a little passion fruit curd. It was delicious. Hope you have a wonderful day Betty.

I have tip # 80... Same but smaller....my bc just wasn't firm enough G...I was too tired to make a batch of RI to go into the bc. That would have helped with the piping for sure. Think I'm gonna make a batch up again when I have some free time and fiddle around.....

Thanks everyone.  These flowers are super easy & quick  to do.  I used Wilton tip 82 (I did open it up a little bit).  I figured given the time of the year I would try to make buttercream chrysanthemums.

For a cake that gave you so much trouble, this turned out beautiful, Goreti!  Your piped flowers are fabulous!  I've got to learn to do these.....more intense practice in my future!
