Halloween Cake Contest
The zombie dog cake is 22 inches high and 48 inches long. He growls with his jaw moving, his eyes glow red with fog coming up from underneath his belly! His eyes and whiskers are made from poured sugar. It's 18 lbs of ganache and over 50 servings of chocolate cake with raspberry filling.
