Ribbon and Silk Roses
Black and red was the theme for this cake. Large red silk roses supplied by the bride lay on each tier and black ribbon circled the layers with a "K" monogram on top.Cake flavor,yellow butter cake with black raspberry buttercream filling and iced in lemon buttercream.

Very pretty indeed. I made something similar, but bride wanted real red roses. Love the black/white & red roses.

Thanks Lorraine and everyone for your nice comments on my cake. I wasn't sure about using the large roses, they seemed quite big. But it's growing on me.
