HI there Pearse - I haven't logged on for such a long time!  Gee I have been busy... I got the recipe from a website I found for Karens Cookies - I have used the recipe she has for Basic rolled sugar cookies a couple of times and it is always perfect.  I fridge it, roll it, cut it put it on baking paper on the baking tray - then I put the baking tray in freezer for a quick blast - then a hot oven.  You can find the recipe at karenscookies.net - she's amazing!
