I made this cake for our local farmer's market..I'm a baker and a famer so this cake is special becuase it combined the 2 things I love the most. The cake was for our 86 year old market manager, Miss Peggy, who was retiring. The bottom is an 8" square and the top is a 6" sculpted cake. The bottom is buttercream airbrushed to look like wood with a fondant tablecloth. The top cake has fondant airbrushed "wood strips" and all the veggies are modeling chocolate.
