Thanks everyone for your comments. I don't have any special technique, it is just 3-4 different shades of petal dust and shimmer. There is no special moulds, I use different parts from different moulds and cutters together and sculpt a little bit. Sorry can not be more of a help, its mostly handmade/throw all together stuff till u get a result u want. Thanks again for the comments everyone - highly appreciated.
