Thanks for your comments. Holly, the black bodice is a pre made doll torso, that Wilton sells, covered in black gumpaste. I did the cornelly after I covered the cake ,that forms the skirt, with fondant.

Gorgeous!  Questions though, if you'll indulge my curiousity... ???

The black bodice... fondant, gumpaste, or modeling chocolate?

Was your preference to do the cornelli lace before or after you attached the skirt?

Love Love Love.  You did an over the top phenominal job on this!
