Retirement Cake for Pepsi employee Tag 122F
1/2 sheet cake airbrushed buttercream to look like wood. Fishing hat and Pepsi can is carved cake, buttercreamed then covered in fondant. Can was airbrushed. Hat rim is textured with texture mat. Lures made from fondant. List is also fondant. Everthing is made to be actual size. Made for employee of Pepsi who was retiring.

I love the hat. It looks so realistic. Love the Pepsi can and the "list" is a really nice touch.
