I love it! makes me want to go fishing and have a Pepsi. :) I will say "don't be nervous," but I can understand how you would be! I jumped into cake decorating on a whim and hadn't taken any classes and was very nervous when I was asked to make cakes for people. But, it all turned out fine and I've even taken a few basic classes since then. You will do great, and I'm sure they will love it!

Thanks so much..my husband, who works for Pepsi, has been after me for a while to try making a Pepsi cake so that he could "show off my work" to his buddies.  I've never taken any kind of class, just watched lots of cake shows, so I'm honored to hear your comments.  His friend who retired was just giddy over the cake and the coorporate office has asked if I could make a cake for the next event...wow, now I'm nervous.
