My contribution to tomorrow - first time I haven't had to cook Christmas lunch in years!
Mince meat traybake - a variation on the traditional. Sweet shortcrust pastry bottom, deep filled with homemade mincemeat, topped with a thin layer of crispy puff pastry, dusted with icing sugar/
Lemon Meringue Pie - using my Mum's recipe, which is at least 50 years old. The oldies are the best!

Since everyone is in a cooking mode.... I have a 7 min. frosting recipe using the micro-wave. Anyone need one??? quicker than using double boiler to cook syrup.
