This is so tempting! I want to eat it right now... We have here what we call "Leche Flan" a mixture of eggyolks, condensed milk and sugar and some drops of lemon or calamansi then we steam it for about an hour in a pan with melted caramel at the bottom. Cajeta is similar to Dulce de Leche or caramel I think.

Oh... This looks irresistible!!! I'll google what "flan" means... This is something I want to taste! On second thought, I'm impressed that I know now what cajeta is! LOL

Thank you ladies, this is a Mexican dessert that I made for a Mexican Theme party for a very good friend of mine, it really tasted great.  So far it is my favorite.  It is amazing how the chocolate mixture separates from the flan mixture, I loved making it.
