Vanilla cake w/chocolate ganache, chocolate cake w/Oreo buttercream and red velvet w/cream cheese. Covered and decorated in fondant, marshmallow popcorn, home made cotton candy and some old fashioned circus peanuts

Do you mind if I ask how you made the sticks and flags. I have to make a circus themed cake and she wants those on the cake. Is it wire and wood dowel rods?
