I need some help making gum paste grapes. I know how to make a grape, but what about the stems and placing them together so they look real. Please help!

I think the flower work comes with practice. When working on a new flower, lets say an iris or bird of paradise, we literally spend hours on a prototype and then stream line for retail purposes. It is quite difficult convincing customers to spend hundreds on botanically correct flowers so we streamline the designs alot or limit the flowers to just one or two dramatic ones. Ferns are particulary time consuming for example.
