June - these aren't for us, they are for Daisy.  She comes after school on Fridays and I always have something lemony for her to have after her snack.  Usually lemon curd tarts.  But I was out of everything in the freezer for her so did a quick batch of cupcakes.  These will go in the freezer for her to have one a week.

Yummy..... so pretty..... good enough to eat!!!!   But it's only Thursday Katy.......  you can't have one till tomorrow eve......   torture..   hee hee
