Katy, Didn't know how it was going to look but I first used just my butter cream & built up the frosting. Then mixed up a little powdered sugar & water (thin) spooned that over here & there. Let it set up a little & used a toothpick to fluff the top, then added a little piping gel for drops.

cool Betty! OK so how did you get the foam effect? Toying with having some oozing out of a lager can I'll be doing next week.................
