Shades of purple Birthday Cake
16th birthday cake for my niece, bottom tier chocolate mud cake w/cannoli filling, middle vanilla cake with cookies & cream filling, top cinnamon swirl w/cinnamon apple filling, covered in SMBC & MMF--really need to stop trying different recipes for mmf fondant--this one had a very weird texture

I see now why you have been so busy Goreti. This is just lovely - what a gorgeous colour and I love the collars round the cakes.
