Thank you for all the compliments! Very much appreciated! Mai.. There were no boards between the layers.. just put dowel rods in it to stabilize.

Very nice cake... I love the colour grading of the middle tier... When it's that high, do you put boards between the cake layers, or do you just stack the cake layers to form such a high tier?
