Thanks Jennifer! Not sure where to start but basically the Vera purse on top is sculpted from 4 layers of cake with buttercream frosting in between each layer. The entire purse was then covered in fondant and I used a quilting tool to create the diamond pattern. Then I just started adding the flower and paisley embellishments to fill in the free space to give it the "Vera" look. Hope that helps!
