Mocha is just coffee and chocolate...very easy! Espresso powder or instant coffee granules mixed with a bit of hot water added to the chocolate filling...

Thanks so much. I actually made the cake for last weekend and found a fantastic recipe on line. Everyone loved it and i think that i will use it again. Really appreciate you getting back with me though.

Another way to make Mocha filling is use instant coffee, melted butter and chocolate, mix and spread.  I use to make this for high clients years ago.
