Mocha filling

Just looking for a quick easy mocha filling. It is a special request from the bride and believe it or not haven't been asked for that flavor until now. Any suggestions?

Hi Jane,
Happy New Year! Actually, it's very slow for us right now. Hopefully, things will pickup soon. We're getting ready for Valentines Day, that always a good holiday for bringing in the orders.

First of all Happy New Year! I look forward to becoming friends with you all.
I used to decorate cakes for a grocery store before I had my children. I have just recently started to bake cakes from home as a part time income on the side. I hope one day to open my own shop. I still am learning new things everyday. I hope to learn some helpful tips from all of you.

Hi All, all the best with your endeavours. I resigned from my fulltime job in December and is now doing cake decorating fulltime. I'm currently working from home but will see within the next 6 months whether to continue from home or open up a shop.
