Hello everyone

It's so great to have a group like this. I used to own a bakery with a good friend of mine, but sad to say the economy did us in. I still bake cakes for every occasion and enjoy it so much. There are so many times when someone will ask me to do a cake with things I haven't done before and I spend hours searching the internet without finding any help. It's such a relief to have a web site like this. It makes you feel no so alone out there.
