Wilton cake decorating calsses
Soooo who's done 'em?
I'm about to complete Wilton one tonight. Next should I do fondant and sugarpaste, or the fondant and tiers? I'm kinda not sure what the tiered one is going to teach me, that would be better than the fondant and sugarpaste one.
Any ideas?

Hiya, I followed them all 1,2,3 in order. Probably wouldn't worry about the tiered one unless you plan on doing a lot of tiered cakes. Tiers aren't exactly rocket science to learn so if you are debating between the two just do the fondant/sugarpaste one.
