Hi my name is Lynn and I am from Ancaster. I have taken the wilton courses twice - back to back. I decorate cakes from my home but it is strictly word of mouth and the advertising comes from friends. The health regulations are strict. have a friend that is caterer and she is inspected yearly in order to maintain her business. Hope this helps. I did read a post suggesting you contact the health board but you an also search on line.

Hello everyone, I am just a hobbiest from Edmonton Alberta, i love cake decorating but i have a regular job as card dealer in casino, so basically, cake decorating is just on the side, saying yes to cake request depends on how my schedule goes and if i'm so interested to the theme too, lol! No commitments means no hassle for me :). I'm happy to join the group to learn more and to share some.
