Mine is to meet Edna de la Cruz, Kerry Vincent and Ron Ben Isreal in person. How's that for cake dreams . . . only I can make them happen.

My dream is to help cake decorators everywhere achieve their dreams by giving them the confidence to take the next step, learning new techniques and helping them expand their businesses.

My dream is build confidence and experience in cake baking and decorating so I can suppliment my income in about 2 years when I plan to semi-retire and work part-time hours. This is a great place to learn, share and grow! Thanks to everyone who participates generously and openly!

hi it is my first time here, I am from the Caribbean f/35. I don't really have a big dream yet, first i have to beable to learn how to decorate cakes, i can back but never decorated any.

Jannine ~ if you haven't as of yet, try to find someone in your area that teaches the decorating portion of baking. That will help you get started with your clientele.

diana , It is not that easy, my working hours will not permite me. I have tried, the days i work late are the day that the class are being given.
